This is a database development example using Microsoft Access.  This database was developed for the engineering department to centrally locate and control all documentation for the department.  The database implements Access security grouping to control who views and changes information.

This page is the front page or switchboard to all information in the database.  From this page you could see at a glance who was in the department, what engineering change orders were open and assigned to you and how many customer issues were open.

This form was used to record service history and contacts with customers.

This form is used to submit and track engineering change orders and requests for the department.

This form is used to manage and track project within the department.

This form is used to search for customers equipment.
